At Patchly, we stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your Patchly purchase for any reason, email us at hellopatchly@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will process a full refund within 3–5 business days. You do not need to return the product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at hellopatchly@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund. If your package is returned to us, contact us at hello@patchly.com and we will arrange reshipment.
PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
