PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $40.
Orders under $40: $3.99 flat rate shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders (Canada, UK, Australia) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at hellopatchly@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.
